I have been in sales career for more then 30 year how that is question. I just tell you step by step so read it carefully what i want to say what massage you get. Since we born we start promoting and parents start branding yourself. Its hidden but there main motive is to start promoting you and show in the society that they are lucky to get you. When ever you go to any party there main motive is to show off so many thing in the party they also promoting them self its called the hidden sales of the society. we all live long life we start promoting ourself we all do that but we never know what we are doing. But one it come to the direct question will you choose your career in sales we all step back. only few will except but the main reason is there financial problem that is the reason they choose sales line. For me sales is an art of understanding people need once you understand them you will be good sales man. But sales is not to push or to take interest who is buying it but the challenge is that who is not buying it why he is not buying it. But we never think about it that is the reason so many company come and gone i dont want to name any one but you know why this is happened to them. Its like child once there is new born baby we all get emotionally, financially, physically and mentally attached with it once child start growing up we never think about it our interest will be going done. Some with the company side once the company is start building there branding they lose customer interest in they spend so many money and dollars to come to know why this is happening they all know it but no one tell is because they all are getting the salary in time. what is the wary i have attending so many meeting 98% problem we discussed in the meeting never be implemented but in paper work it all 100% just to make there boss happy and they get there salary and there promotion on time. They all forgot about the baby (company ) corporate mantra is to make there seniors happy but i totally against it. It good that you like your boss but for monitory gains you sale your soul that is called mental rap. I worked with so many company at the end i come to know who i am where i am and what i am. Its like working in the police station every where you go people respect you all your orders will be implemented but once you leave that post no one know you who you are. Its police station branding makes you happy people not respecting you they respecting the police uniform that you are wearing every day. So my friends you get the ans its irony that people do MBA or other course but after completed there study they start chasing for job ? we all want to play safe doing MBA after that chasing for job that sounds funny to me. if you have no guts to start your own business what is the use of it but we hate to take risk. But once its comes to love we love to take so many risk. In internet people love to chat love to send scrap to there friends once it come to the business work they all start avoiding it. so many girls and boys are looking for there time pass in net they have not use the recourses hey have got so many company emotionally playing with there soul they do the sales but never do. Every one is born to sale every one is sales man if any one say that he is not sales man he is big lier. So its time to know the fact " love to sale and love to buy so you will not cry".
